How to Report a Bug
We here at Blazonco are alway working to improve the Admin. If you ever notice something is not functioning the way it is supposed to you can Report a Bug, which send the problem directly to our Support Department to investigate.
Step 1
Click the Help icon on the lower right edge of the black primary navigation bar. A secondary drop-down menu will appear with words "Report a Bug".
Step 2
Click the Report a Bug button.
Step 3
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to fill out the Report a Bug form with a short description of the issue. Once you have done so click the submit button.
Step 4
Great! This message has gone straight to the Blazonco Support Department. You will hear back from us within 24-48 business hours.
