How to Create/Send a Screenshot

When you're reporting a problem to Blazonco Support, capturing and sending an image of your computer screen can help us better understand your issue. *The process used to create a screenshot depends on the operating system of your computer.

For Windows Users:

Step 1
On the screen you want to capture, hold down Ctrl and Print Screen, then release all.

Step 2
Open a Word document and click the open document.

Step 3
Hold down Ctrl and V, then release all.

Step 4
Save the Word document as a file on your desktop for quick access later.

Step 5
Email support@blazonco.com with a short description of the issue and attach the screen-shot document. 

 

For Mac OSX Users:

Step 1
On the screen you want to capture, hold down Command, Shift and 3, then release all.

Step 2 
The screen capture will appear as a picture file on your desktop.

NOTE: Mac Mail users should make sure that the attachment is "Windows-friendly":

  • Step 1
    Click File in the Mail toolbar.
  • Step 2
    Click Attach Files.
  • Step 3
    Choose your image file.
  • Step 4
    Select "Send Windows-Friendly Attachments".
  • Step 5
    Click Choose File.

Step 3
Email support@blazonco.com with a short description of the issue and attach the screen-shot document.
