Step 1
Go to www.Twitter.com and fill out your name, email, and password in the “Sign Up” section. After, click the “Sign Up for Twitter” button. *NOTE: You cannot use the same email for two Twitter accounts.

Step 2
You will be directed to the next page, asking you to select a username and confirm your name, email, and password. Once all is approved, click “Create My Account”.

Step 3
Twitter will ask you to “follow” Twitter accounts you might be interested in. Please follow Twitter’s instructions in order to create your account. *NOTE: You can un-follow these Twitter accounts later on if you would like.

Step 4
Your Twitter account is now set up! You can edit your Twitter profile by going to the upper right-hand corner of the page and clicking on the star symbol with the drop down arrow (this symbol is in between the mail symbol and the blue button). From there, click “Edit Profile”.

Step 5
Once clicking “Edit Profile”, you can upload your photo, header, and post your location, website, and bio. Make sure to click “Save Changes” at the very bottom of the page. *NOTE: There is a tool bar to the left of the “Edit Profile” page that lets you change your password, design, and more.

*Twitter Image Dimensions:
Profile Picture: 400 x 400 px 
Header Image: 1500 x 500 px
Background Image: Max file size of 2MB
