Configure Desktop or Mobile Devices

1. Before you begin to set up your new Email Account on your Device(s), please check to ensure you know your password and that it is still working:

2. Then you will need to find the instructions provided by your Device Creator, to help guide you through setting up a new email account on your device. Below is a list of the Major Device provider's and their instructions.

Apple iPhone, iPad

Gmail App for Android or iPhones

Outlook for PC, Outlook for Mac, and Outlook on Mobile Device

 

3. Lastly, your Device instructions will ask you for your "Host Settings" (AKA Server Settings).  These are provided below.  Please use only the Manual IMAP Secure SSL/TLS Settings. Contact support@blazonco.com if you need further assistance.

Password for this email: the email account password.
Incoming Server Name (Host Name): mail.b.hostedemail.com
  • Incoming IMAP Port: 993
Outgoing Server Name (Host Name): mail.b.hostedemail.com
  • Outgoing SMTP Port: 465
Authentication is required for IMAP & SMTP
 
Non-SSL Settings
Username: Yourname@yourdomainnamehere.com
Password: the email account password.
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • IMAP Port: 143
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • SMTP Port: 587
