How to De-Activate a Product
Step 1
Click CONTENT on the primary navigation tab. Click PRODUCTS on the grey horizontal bar.
Step 2
Your products appear on the left-hand side. Select the individual products that you want to edit. You may need to open the catalog (blue book) by clicking the plus sign. The product properties will show to the right side.
Step 3
Scroll to the bottom of the product properties and you will see 4 buttons: "Save", "De-Activate", "Duplicate Product", and "Delete Product". Click "De-Activate".
Step 4
Check your live site to see your changes.
*De-Activating a product doesn't delete the product it just makes it hidden on your website. You can "Activate" your product by following the same guidelines.
