Refer a Friend
 

  1. GENERAL. These terms and conditions apply to Blazonco’s Refer A Friend Program (“Program”). By referring a friend, purchasing a website, or otherwise participating in the Program, the referring customer and referred friend agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Blazonco’s Terms of Use available at blazonco.com/terms.
  2. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY. Both the “Referrers” and “Referrees” must be residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico to participate. The Program is available to Referrers, both non-customers, employees and former-employees of Blazonco. Blazonco reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel this Program at any time. To earn a qualified referral the following conditions must be met:
    1. The Referee follows your designated referral link which automatically includes your promo code on the sign up form, or they inform our Sales Team when they sign up; and
    2. The Referee purchases a Blazonco product at a discount no greater than 20% off (not valid with any other sales or promotions). The extent of the 20% discount cannot be applied to any amount greater than $5,799; and
    3. The Referee is not already a customer of, and has never been a customer of Blazonco; and
    4. The Referee has been active for at least 3 months on a Blazonco service plan(s).
  3. REWARD REDEMPTION. Blazonco will issue and mail a physical check in the amount of $100.00 to your physical US address when above conditions have been met. There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals a Referrer can earn.
  4. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.


    Tax:     You are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with the Program.

    Void Where Prohibited: This Program is void where prohibited by law.

    We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Blazonco Referral Program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to not reward or disqualify someone from the Program if we feel, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness the Program in any way. This cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your participation in the Program.     By participating in this Program, you agree to release and hold Blazonco harmless, as the operator of the Program, and our subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this program (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Program. You further agree that the Program and rewards are provided "as is where is". THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF ONE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

    Blazonco reserves the right to terminate and/or modify thus offer at any time without prior notice.
